Important BBQ information:

·     Saturday October 13th – 8:30-2:00 – WOOD DAY AT THE HUT. Please put it on your calendar. Brent/Steve/Paul Ray – We need to get splitters reserved, chainsaws and gas/oil.

·     Saturday November 3rd: Sauce Day. Please get it on your calendar and respond back to Chris about your plans to attend.

Only 123 days until the BBQ. There is much work to be done!!!!!!

Hello Everyone;

This year’s Sauce Day will be Saturday, November 3rd, a little earlier than last year so as not to interfere with a 3 day weekend and/or early Thanksgiving plans.

Like last year – I would like to get a response from everyone as to availability and what shift preference you may like (8AM – 12PM, or 11AM – 3PM) so I can start planning.

Please also let me know if you will be able to bring any burners or propane tanks for our use.

As a reminder, Scouts are of course welcome, as we can always use help inside, but Scouts are not allowed in the physical cooking area.
