Parents,

  1. Powhatan merit badge classes. Please go to the last page of the Leader's Guide at the following link: http://bsa-brmc.org/images/stories/PDFs/CAMP/Powhatan_CLG_2013.pdf. There you will find the 2013 merit badge class schedule. It is erroneously labeled 2012. Please be thinking about your scout's first and second choice in each hour slot. I will ask you to send me your scout's choices in May. 
  2. Claytor Lake merit badge classes. Please go to the last page of the Leader's Guide at the following link: http://bsa-brmc.org/images/stories/PDFs/CAMP/Claytor_CLG_2013.pdf. There you will find the 2013 merit badge class schedule. Please be thinking about your scout's first and second choice in each slot. I will ask you to send me your scout's choices in May. 
  3. Medicine Blister Packs. Please let me know right away if your scout will or may be taking medication during summer camp. I will need to request medicine blister packs to contain those medications. 
  4. Please let me know if your scout has food allergies or special dietary needs. 
  5. Please remember to send you scout's completed medical form (including the part the physician signs) to Greg LeBlanc by May 15. If you will be sending it later in May, please let Greg know now. 
  6. ADULT LEADERS GOING TO SUMMER CAMP. You will need to send your completed medical form (including the part the physician signs) to Greg by May 15 as well. 
  7. Please take a look at the personal equipment checklist in the appropriate Administration Guide:
